Figure Eight is a virtual company, existing in cyberspace, and based in the United States. In other words, Figure Eight is a website only.
Don't worry.
You'll never be asked to conduct business over the Internet.
All our meetings are held one-on-one and with your attorneys present at your
option. We still do things the old-fashioned way.
As based in the US, Figure Eight is not registered with the SEC in the Philippines, however we will
direct all of your business to an SEC-registered company if you should so
desire. With all of the scams and ripoffs in the Philippines (especially by foreign "buyers"),
we wholeheartedly urge you to do business in such a manner that you have a clear legal recourse
if things turn sour. Verifying the SEC status of a company is the first and most important step.

Zach Anderson serves as founder, CEO, sole proprietor, maintenance engineer,
secretary and janitor of Figure Eight.
That's right! Figure Eight is a one-man operation. The success
of Figure Eight is found in the fact that Anderson only works with the finest and most honest in the business.
If Anderson were to catch any partner in any type of deceit or falsehood,
he would immediately break off the relationship. According to Anderson, "If a man tells just one lie, he is a
liar." Please report any concerns you may have
with any business partner or representative of Figure Eight. Anderson will personally investigate the matter and report back to you as soon as possible.
Anderson studied chemical and mechanical engineering at Rice University, then became interested in film production at the San Francisco Art Institute, later opting for
a careers in photography and sales.
A "born-again" Christian, he now does occasional missionary work.
He categorizes his faith as other, neither Catholic nor Protestant
nor Orthodox. A former seeker of the so-called "New Age", he now fully renounces all such teachings
which deny that Jesus Christ is the unique Lord and Creator as clearly revealed
in the Bible. More insight into Anderson's religious beliefs can be gained

Is Figure Eight a CIA Front?
To his knowledge, Anderson has never been referred to as a CIA agent, nor has Figure Eight ever been accused of being a CIA "front" company.
Nonetheless, rumors abound in the Philippines and
this one will almost certainly surface.
These rumors have persisted for many years about some of Anderson's business
associates in the Philippines. However, none of them are true. Think about it: Would not these
so-called "suspected agents" be able to change identities quite easily? Would not the CIA simply relocate these
"known operatives" to other countries and send in new men? And, yet these men have been doing legitimate
business in the Philippines as SEC-registered companies without changing names for decades.
It should be obvious that these type of rumors are started by people who bring us fake gold and are angered when
we hand it back to them saying "No, thanks." To save face amongst their friends, they must invent a reason why
a "gold" sale did not go through.
Moreover, even if you unknowingly do business with a CIA front, such a business would be secretly backed by billions
(perhaps trillions)
of US dollars. Thus, such a front company would not likely go out of business during the midst of your sale. It would not be worth
your relatively few bars of gold
for them to rip you off, get reported to the SEC, and lose the legitimacy of their front business.
